Course Overview

MIG Welding (GMAW – Gas Metal Arc Welding) is one of the most widely used welding processes in manufacturing, automotive, and construction industries.

This course covers:
• Fundamentals of MIG welding equipment and safety
• Wire feed systems and shielding gas selection
• Welding mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Joint preparation and fit-up techniques
• Inspection and quality control methods
• Hands-on practical training in a fully equipped workshop

Class Schedule

Saturday – Thursday
Morning Batch: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Evening Batch: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Certification

Upon successful completion, students receive:
• NSDA Level 2 Certificate in MIG Welding
• BTEB Approved Training Certificate
• Microtech Proficiency Certificate
